ELESKO wines used for the making of sparkling wines are produced with great care from partially reduced high quality grapes with a lower sugar content. After fermentation, the wine is complemented by a basic tirage liqueur containing yeast and nutrition. After secondary fermentation technology TM fermentation in the bottle, follows 9 month maturation. This maturation and subsequent final processing is carried out in close cooperation with SEKTKELLEREI SZIGETI – GOLS.
