TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
Beautiful and intense yellow color with greenish edges and higher viscosity. Aroma reveals exotic blend of bananas and yellow fruit that alternates with fine hint of balsamic spice in the background. Palate is complex and nicely balanced with pleasant acidity and medium long aftertaste with a hint of cinnamon and sweet almond.
MEAL SUGGESTION:
Avocado; sun-dried tomato and basil appetizers; baked salmon with sea salt and butter-wine sauce; corn chicken stuffed with brocolli on julienne vegetables with cream sauce
WINE SERVING: Served at 9-11°C in white wine goblets with a volume of 300-370 ml
BOTTLE MATURATION: 3-4 years
WINEMAKERS´S DIARY:
Wine has been produced by combining modern and traditional methods. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the reductive, controlled temperature environment. After the final fermentation, one third of the volume matured in wooden barrels on the lees „Sur Lie“. Thanks to this method, the wine acquired richer secondary aromas, body and structure. Finally, the two units were combined into one wine.
