WINEMAKERS´S DIARY: Grapes for Rosé classics from the Blaufränkish variety were collected on September 15 in the Zoya vineyard. Grapes were harvested at 21.5 ° NM. When processing, we have macerated the grapes in the press to get a beautiful pink color. After cold pressing, cold fermentation followed at 15 ° C. The result is a beautiful wine with full fruit tones of strawberries. The taste is dominated by the lush taste of strawberry jelly with pleasant acidity.
