TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
A brilliantly clear wine of vibrant violet color with a charming scent of freshly ripped cherries and cranberries, complemented by a sweet note of forest raspberry. Taste involves balanced ratio of succulent summer acids and delicious residual sugar, which leaves a pleasant impression aftertaste. In conclusion we taste butter pear with a light hint of citrus crust and a hint of compote garden strawberries.
MEAL SUGGESTION:Light creams with spring vegetables, pasta, poultry, fresh fruit salads
WINE SERVING: Served at 8 – 10 °C in open-tulip shaped glasses with a volume of 340 – 470 ml;

WINEMAKERS´S DIARY: Grapes for Rosé classics from the Blaufränkish variety were collected on September 15 in the Zoya vineyard. Grapes were harvested at 21.5 ° NM. When processing, we have macerated the grapes in the press to get a beautiful pink color. After cold pressing, cold fermentation followed at 15 ° C. The result is a beautiful wine with full fruit tones of strawberries. The taste is dominated by the lush taste of strawberry jelly with pleasant acidity.
