TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
Elegantly clear sparkling wine of a bright lilac-pink color with a charming aroma of freshly picked ripe cherries and cranberries, supplemented with herbal note of forest raspberry canes with pieces of pink grapefruit. Pouring into the cup releases a creamy foam, followed by a delicate sparkle of carbon dioxide bubbles.The flavor impresses with a balanced ration of juicy summer acids and delicious residual sugar. Tasting the wine leaves a pleasant overall impression. Aftertaste´s finish is of butter pears with a light citrus rind tone, hint of garden strawberry compote on the palate.

WINE SERVING: Served at 7-9°C in sparkling wine flute glasses with a volume of 150-190ml;
BOTTLE MATURATION: 1-4 years
The wine was produced by draining the must of the whole grapes of the Blaufränkisch variety, harvested in quality of Late harvest, following their short resting on skins in the press. Fermentation process was carried out until dry in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of alcoholic fermentation to dryness, for the wine to retain its semi-sweet content of residual natural sugar in harmony with its fruity acidity. Carbonation endowed the wine with its freshness and charming fruity liveliness.
