Ružová klasika z odrody Frankovka modrá bola zbieraná 18.septembra 2015 vo vinici Zoya. Hrozno sme zbierali pri cukornatosti 23 °NM. Pri spracovaní­ sme hrozno nechali macerovať v lise 2 hodiny aby sme dosiahli krásnu  ružovú farbu. Po lisovaní­ prebehla studená fermentácia pri teplote 15 °C, ktorú sme prirodzenou metódou podchladení­m zastavili pri zvyškovom cukre 22 g/l a s obsahom kyselí­n prí­jemných 6 g/l.

TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES: 
Brilliantly clear wine of vivid purplish pink color with a charming aroma of freshly picked ripe cherries and cranberries, complemented with sweetish notes of forest raspberry bush. On the palate, the wine´s well balanced ratio of juicy summer acids and delicious residual sugar will catch your attention and leave pleasant overall impression. In the finish, butter pears with a light tone of citrus rind and a hint of garden strawberry compote appear in wine´s aftertaste.

MEAL SUGGESTION:
Light cream cheese with spring vegetables; pasta; poultry prepared in a natural way; fresh fruit salads

WINE SERVING: Served at 8-10°C in rosé wine tulip shaped goblets with a volume of 340-470 ml,

WINEMAKERS´S DIARY:
Classical rosé of variety Blaufränkish was collected on 18th of September in vineyard Zoya. Grapes were collected at a sugar content of 23°NM. When processing we left the grapes macerate for 2 hours in order to achieve beautiful pink color. After pressing cold fermentation followed at 15°C, which we stopped using natural method and stopped at residual sugar of 22 g/l and acid content 6 g/l.
