The wine comes from German selection of original clone of the Gewűrztraminer that has a stronger nutmeg flavor. The sub-variety delivers interesting extractive selections with lower yields and higher sugar content when compared to Red Traminer. When processing the grapes, we kept in mind gentle and reductive processing with emphasis on maintaining a distinct varietal character and a gentle trace of residual sugar to smoothen the temperament in the wine´s bouquet and overall impression.
