TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
Wine of a clear appearance with a bright golden-colored hue. In the fresh floral-fruity aroma, notes of yellow peach and exotic mango are present with a delicate drop of honey. Spicy and medium-long taste on the tongue promises an intense experience. In addition to delicious acids, it is complemented by a tropical fruit extract, dominated by tones of ripe pomegranate and pitahaya with herbal touch of mint and basil. Significant wine flavor ends with pleasant traces of nutmeg and agate honey.
MEAL SUGGESTION: Schrimp ravioli with cream soya sauce; salmon tartare with cucumber, radish and ginger; spicy gaspacho with basilic pesto
WINE SERVING: Served at 10-12°C in white wine goblets with a volume of 300-370 ml

WINEMAKERS´S DIARY:
The grapes of the Moravian crossbreed Gewurztraminer x Müller Thurgau were collected on October 2, 2016 after a partial reduction, in quality of grape selection. Gentle way of grape processing and wine-making with fermentation at 16 ° C has retained a variety of floral aromas. Fine residual sugar 4g / l adds to the complexity of this impulsive wine.
