Harvesting for this beautiful wine started on 17.9.2016 in vineyard Zoya with sugar content of 23,5°NM, which responds to quality attribute Selection of grapes. After pressing, grapes went through reductive and fast fermentation at the temperature 18°C in order to achieve elegant, fruity bouquet. Part of the wine was then left to mature on gentle yiests for 4 months in oak barrels and then both parts were combined resulting in this full and persistent wine with 6,5 g/l acid content and 3,8g/l residual sugar.

Description

Description

Classification: Quality wine with a designation mark D.S.C., white, dry

Variety:Pinot Gris

TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
Wine of vivid color with golden hue. Aroma is interesting for its spectrum of tropical fruit tones with a hint of melon, cloves and sage. It is then supported by tones of freshly cut pears , which is proven by the full taste on the palate after swallowing. Wine has harmonic and at the same timevery fresh and juicy taste thanks to acids and gentle residual sugar, which however; does not leave the trace of sweetness, but rounds up the final wine impression. The aftertaste is then ended with a delicious citrus-apricot impression.
MEAL SUGGESTTION: Steamed or baked poultry with a light vegetable sidedish, butterfish with fresh crunchy salad, mature goat cheese

WINE SERVING: Served at the temperature 9-10 °C in white wine goblets, with a volume 300 – 370 ml
BOTTLE MATURATION: 1 – 3 years
