CLASSIFICATION: Quality wine with attribute Selection of grapes, wine a protected designation of origin D.S.C., white, dry

VARIETY: Pinot Gris

TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:
Lively yellow-greenish color hue with golden sparkle. The wine will catch your attention with a multi-layered palette of tropical fruits aroma with a hint of yellow melon, cloves and sage. As the wine opens, these aromas are supplemented with freshly picked gooseberry and peaches, well evidenced by full taste upon swallowing. Palate is harmonious and at the same time very fresh and juicy thanks to the acids and gentle residual sugar that does not leave a sweet trace but rather rounds the final overall impression of the wine instead. Aftertaste finishes with delicious citrus-peach impression.

MEAL SUGGESTION:
Mushroom risotto with dried tomatoes; butter fish with fresh crusty salad; steamed or baked poultry with lighter vegetable side dishes; mature goat cheese
