Wine produced as a cuvée of varietal wines Blaufränkisch, Alibernet, Pinot Noir and Merlot. Ruby-red color with a sparkly garnet hue. Its fruity flavor resembles a mixture of plums, cherries and black currants, complemented with a spicy oak bark with cedar wood tones, enhanced with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Spicy aftertaste on the tongue reveals traces of overripe rose hip and blackberries.

TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES: 
Wine produced as a cuvée of varietal wines Blaufränkisch, Alibernet, Pinot Noir and Merlot. Ruby-red color with a sparkly garnet hue. Its fruity flavor resembles a mixture of plums, cherries and black currants, complemented with a spicy oak bark with cedar wood tones, enhanced with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Spicy aftertaste on the tongue reveals traces of overripe rose hip and blackberries.

MEAL SUGGESTION:
Grilled duck breast marinated in red wine with a red cuvée wine sauce; grapes and walnuts served with home made dumplings; grilled lamb sausage with beans and tomatoes on bacon and onion.

WINE SERVING: Served at 15-17°C in red wine goblets with a volume of 500-550 ml

WINEMAKERS´S DIARY:
The red cuvée is the result of assemblage of quality varietal wines produced separately through maceration of grapes on skins and a slow initial fermentation at low temperature followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the final fermentation and malolactic fermentation, we have prepared a blend of the individual shares of wines resulting in the final cuvée, which, once combined, matured in large wooden barrels for three months, endowing the wine with an elegant balance of the individual components.
