Brilliantly clear, bright yellow-green color. The wine´s full, spicy fruit aroma reveals tones of freshly torn open peaches and apricots with a drop of linden honey on a butter brioche. Dry, fresh and at the same time full flavor reminiscent of ripe citrus fruit. Distinct freshness of the wine on the palate, tongue, finish is highlighted with a spicy herbal note with hints of pepper and rhubarb in the wine´s aftertaste.

Dry, fresh and at the same time full flavor reminiscent of ripe citrus fruit. MEAL SUGGESTION:
Arctic herring marinated in Bergamote vinaigrette with cauliflower puree; sorrel cream with seaweed; yellowfin tuna tartare with herbs salad

WINE SERVING: Served at 10-12°C in white wine goblets with a volume of 300-370 ml

BOTTLE MATURATION: 3-5 years

WINEMAKERS´S DIARY:
Riesling, ruler of wines. We collected our Riesling on 22 of September 2015 from after big reduction to 8 t/ha. Sugar content achieved required 22°NM. With combined processing technology, the must was left to ferment at a higher temperature 18°C. We left 50% of finished wine to mature in oak barrel for three months. Then we combined both wines and that created a beautifullly robust and persistent wine with 6,8 g acid content and 5,2g residual sugar.
