Grapes of this originally Hungarian variety (Furmint x Bouviertraube), which we planted in our Tokay vineyard Makovisko have ripened to a high degree of technological maturity. Harvest took place on November 15, 2011 at an average must sugar content of 28,5°NM. Careful processing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks gave rise to a semi-sweet wine with a nice fruity character.

CLASSIFICATION: Quality brand wine (with sugar content and quality corresponding to Selection of raisined berries), wine with a protected designation of origin D.S.C., white, sweet

VARIETY: Zéta (Oremus)

TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES: 
A brilliant, pale yellow color with a bright greenish edge. Aroma is deliciously fruity as well as perfume like, with prevalence of notes of pineapple, ripe autumn pears hints and a touch of sweet cloves in the finish. The palate is smooth with a pleasant content of residual sugar, spicy-fruit character and a nice fruity aftertaste of ripe peaches.

MEAL SUGGESTION:
Christmas cookies; honey cakes with nuts, cocoa and caramel; pheasant terrine; pumpkin soup with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil drop

WINE SERVING: Served at 10-11°C in white wine goblets with a volume of 250-350 ml

BOTTLE MATURATION: 3-5 years
