TASTE AND SENSORY ATTRIBUTES:

As the wine´s aroma opens in the goblet, it will impress with perfume herbal note. Concentrated fruit flavor of ripe grapes is supported by delicate acidity and tender citrus aftertaste. A balanced, easy to drink wine leaving a pleasant, refreshing overall impression.

BOTTLE MATURATION: 1-3 years
Wine has been produced by combining modern and traditional procedures. The alcohol fermentation proceeded in reductive conditions at controlled temperature. Subsequent to the final fermentation the wine was poured into large 5 000 liter wooden barrels, where it has been maturing for 4 months. This technology then created beautifully full and harmonic wine.
